| Property Building & Restoration. All the building work is independant of the estate agency, if you buy from someone else we will be happy to restore your home. |
Independant of the Estate Agency, we also offer house building and restoration service. Before moving to Spain I was a bricklayer contractor for 20 years working on new buildings and large restoration projects for companies such as MFI, Cosworth Engineering, Northampton Health Authority, Marriots French Kier and the Connells group. In Spain I specialise in restoration work. I use my expierience to maintain the building's original character, keeping original features where possible, using both new and traditional building methods. We supply an architect to oversee the planning permissions and restoration work. All work is charged at an agreed hourly rate, as buildings have to be restored in an ever changing environment. Neither you nor I know what secrets your building holds, until we reveal them. Each building is different and brings its own challenges. I employ a small professional workforce, monitored by a daily log, detailing the work carried out that day and the cost. I would be happy to meet and discuss your renovation requirements and show you testimonials from satisfied customers and visit completed projects. |

We take on work of restoration and many buildings need structural work and are in a state of collapse in certain areas, the most common is changing beams made of wood, replacing them with either good wood , concrete or steel. |

The photo to the left is a replacement of a roof using cleaned original beams and we then fit a steel frame above the main beam to take the weight of the new roof. The photo on the right shows acrows (props) holding up new concrete beams that had been put into a wall too weak, we did the remedial work for the client to build concrete footings and pillars to hold up their floor that had begun to collapse, choice of builder can be quite important, the cheapest builder does not always end up the cheapest job. | ![]() |
